Hair follicles require precision. In this procedure, we use the 1NEED Pro microneedling device with a single-needle cartridge and topical exosomes. As a result, the treatment creates controlled microchannels around the follicles while minimizing unnecessary scalp trauma. This single-needle approach is designed to support hair growth and may be used as part of treatments for alopecia.
In our YouTube video, we show the complete treatment step by step.
The treatment
Before starting, we carefully evaluate the scalp and identify the treatment areas. In addition, we assess the natural direction of the hair follicles.
Next, the scalp is cleansed and disinfected. Afterward, we prepare the exosome solution and set the 1NEED Pro device to 1.0 mm depth and speed level 6.
Using the single-needle cartridge, we perform controlled stamping movements at approximately 45 degrees. At the same time, we follow the natural direction of the follicles. This technique helps reduce the risk of follicle damage and improves the delivery of active ingredients.
The procedure starts from the frontal scalp and then moves across all selected areas. Throughout the treatment, we apply exosomes before and during the procedure to improve penetration through the microchannels and support hair growth.
Mild redness and occasional pinpoint bleeding indicate a controlled skin response and represent normal treatment endpoints.
Why Single-Needle Microneedling?
Single-needle microneedling for hair growth offers a precise approach to hair restoration and alopecia treatments.
Compared to traditional microneedling techniques, it allows practitioners to work around individual follicles with greater accuracy. Consequently, this approach reduces unnecessary trauma and improves the delivery of exosomes and other active ingredients that support hair growth.
Most protocols include one session every 4 weeks for 3–6 sessions, followed by maintenance sessions every 4–6 months.
