What is DHL GoGreen Plus
The DHL GoGreen Plus service contributes to reducing CO₂e emissions associated with international express air shipments through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), which can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80%* compared to conventional jet fuel.
The actual reduction depends on the subscribed service and the volume of shipments covered.
The program uses a system called Book & Claim, through which DHL purchases SAF and allocates the environmental benefits to the shipments included in the service.
