Hair loss depends on many factors. However, today we focus on how to stimulate scalp microcirculation and follicle activity while reducing inflammation.
To achieve this, we use our microneedling device 1NEED Pro to deliver exosomes precisely. In this way, we stimulate hair follicles and support their natural regeneration.
Moreover our YouTube video, we show this non-invasive scalp treatment step by step.
The treatment
We start by preparing the exosomes and distributing them evenly across the scalp to ensure a uniform application.
We use the 1NEED Pro device and set a depth of 0.5 mm using the adjustable ring on the device, with a customizable speed from 1 to 6.
The protocol includes about one session per month for 5–6 sessions. This approach helps gradually stimulate the hair follicles and improve scalp quality over time.
In some cases, we combine the treatment with complementary techniques to enhance microcirculation and optimize follicular response.
We usually treat areas more prone to thinning, especially the frontal and temporal zones, particularly in men. During the session, a mild redness may appear. This is a normal reaction and shows that the skin responds to the stimulation.
After the treatment, patients should avoid washing their hair for at least 24 hours. In some cases, we may also recommend at-home support with specific lotions or supplements.
Microneedling for hair with Exosomes
Microneedling with exosomes is one of the most advanced approaches to stimulate hair growth today. It does not deliver immediate results, but it works as a progressive treatment that improves follicle quality over time.
Exosomes contain growth factors and biological signals that help reactivate follicles that have slowed down.
Over time, this process helps improve:
- hair density
- hair shaft thickness
- overall hair fiber quality
This property of exosomes, combined with the mechanical action of microneedling that creates micro channels, offers a potential solution to stimulate hair follicles. In the case of alopecia, a particularly innovative protocol also involves treating the scalp using a single needle, in order to specifically stimulate each individual hair follicle.
