What is Micropricking
Micropricking is a collagen stimulation and activation technique that is performed with Campomats handpiece. A special dedicated cartridge with microtips of 0.3mm depth is used during the treatment. In fact, the purpose of the micropricking is to generate a strong stimulation of collagen production, without bleeding. For this reason, the working depth of the cartridge is maximum 0.3mm.
This is why micropricking is sometimes referred to as soft microneedling.
